What is the web site for getting a ham liscense? How much does it cost?
Check this out from the ARRL, the American Radio Relay League:
http://www.hello-radio.org/
Click on the "Becoming a ham" link.
Study materials are available on the web for free.
Tests are held periodically in most areas of the country.
The cost is about $14 for your testing session.
That's it! Pass the test and be licensed!
